Dr. iur. Olivier Riske is a recipient of the highest academic distinctions. In particular, his title of Doctor of Laws was awarded to him with the highest honors (mention excellent; summa cum laude), and the Swiss Society of Liability and Insurance Law (SGHVR/SDRCA) distinguished him with the Award of Excellence.
In addition to a solid experience in litigation practice in a bilingual law firm and notary office, Dr. Olivier Riske has taught extra-contractual liability law and Comparative and European Private Law at the Law Faculty of the University of Neuchâtel for several years. As Visiting Professor at the Summer University of Continental Law (Foundation for Continental Law - University Paris 2 Panthéon Assas), he also taught "Approach to Civil Liability Law in Europe".
Dr. Olivier Riske already has numerous scientific contributions to his credit, notably in the form of monographs, articles in specialized legal journals and other case law commentaries, in various fields of law. His areas of excellence are primarily the law of obligations, European and comparative private law and international commercial arbitration.
Negotiation, conciliation and mediation as well as an arbitration service, in duo with Patrick de Montmollin, are among Dr. iur's Olivier Riske specialties.
Dr. iur. Olivier Riske is head of DMR PARTNERS' research and development department, which he co-founded.
